The Building Inspectors is an independent Perth inspection business. We answer the phone, we turn up when we say we will, and our reports hold up in negotiations.

We exist because most building inspections in Perth fall into one of two camps: a 90-minute walkthrough by a generalist who won't put findings in writing, or a 250-page report from a specialist that nobody actually reads. Neither one helps a buyer make a decision.

We do it differently. Qualified inspector. AS 4349 standards. Plain-English report you can read in 10 minutes. Severity-rated findings with photographs. Written within 24 hours of the visit. No upsell, no remediation pipeline, no shaved corners.

Our inspectors hold WA Building Practitioner registration and are members of the Australian Institute of Building Surveyors (AIBS). Insurance is current at $20m. Reports cite the standard they were inspected to, and the inspector qualifications, every time.
