Are your inspectors qualified? +
Yes. WA Registered Building Practitioner + Australian Institute of Building Surveyors (AIBS) member. Every inspection follows AS 4349.1 (pre-purchase), AS 4349.3 (timber pest), or the appropriate standard for the inspection type. Qualifications are stated up front in every report.
How quickly can you do an inspection? +
Most weeks we have a slot within 2-3 business days. Urgent settlement timelines we can usually accommodate same-day or next-day. Tell us the urgency on the quote call and we will work backwards from your settlement date.
Do you service my suburb? +
Perth metro from Mandurah up to Joondalup, plus Mandurah and Rockingham as standard. Full suburb list further down. If yours is not listed, call us — we usually still come.
How much does an inspection cost? +
Pre-purchase reports are typically $450-$650 depending on property size. Combined pre-purchase + termite/pest is $550-$750. Building stage inspections are $350-$500 each. We quote in writing before booking. No surprise charges.
How do I get the report? +
PDF in your inbox within 24 hours of the inspection — often the same day for morning visits. Plain-English written, severity-rated, photographs of every finding, summary up front so you can decide in 30 seconds whether to keep reading.
Are you independent? +
Completely. We do not sell repairs, treatments, remediation, or any work after the inspection. Our only product is the inspection itself. That means our recommendations match what is actually needed, not what we want to sell you next.
